Uniform Information

Our school has a uniform that is simple and attractive.

Summer

Red and white gingham dress or skirt, white socks or White shirt/blouse, grey trousers or grey shorts, grey socks.

Winter

White polo shirt/blouse, red sweatshirt or cardigan, grey skirt, pinafore dress or grey trousers, white or grey socks or tights. A fleece can be worn in the winter in addition to a sweatshirt or cardigan.

All children are expected to wear sensible black school shoes. Please can children also bring in a pair of indoor shoes/ slippers/ plimsolls for use inside school. These will be kept in school.

Reception and Year 1 children only are allowed to wear black jogging trousers as an alternative to grey tailored trousers.

We also have school book bags, sweatshirts, cardigans, and fleece zipped jackets with the school logo.

P.E. Kit

We have a simple, practical P.E. kit.

White T-shirt, black/navy shorts, white socks, and black plimsolls.

As we use the school field as often as possible and in all seasons, trainers are also advised. Tuesday is our P.E. day so children should come into school wearing their kit. This reduces time spent getting changed and lost clothing! Football boots and jogging bottoms for the winter are optional extras. Please keep an eye on the size of plimsolls - when children need new shoes, plimsolls are easily overlooked.

We do an annual order (usually in September/October) of personalised navy blue hoodies- fetchingly modelled by most staff! These may be worn for P.E. all year round.

Swimming Kit

Swimming trunks or costume (not Bermuda beach shorts), swimming hat and towel. Goggles may be worn with written permission from parents. Earrings must be removed for swimming.

Labelling

It is very important that we can easily identify any mislaid uniform or kit. We ask that all uniform and kits be clearly labelled with your child's name.
