Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy

Our Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy is available below. It was formally adopted by the full governing body at their meeting on 22nd September 2022. We also have a Prevent Policy ratified by the governors on 10th February 2022

GDPR – Data Protection

From the 25th May 2018, new regulations have been introduced which affect how our school handles people's data.

This is called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The GDPR regulates the way that Data Controllers, such as Earl Soham Community Primary School, process personal data (students, parents and employees etc) and the legal rights that individuals have in relation to that data.
